The Tree CBD brings you the new Matterhorn CBG hemp flower, containing 12-14% of CBG, with silver trichomes covering the bright green hemp buds. A rare new strain that has effects similar to green tea, and a mild nutty and herb flavour.
What is CBG?
Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the more than 100 cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. CBG is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid, which means it won’t drug you.
It is usually converted to CBD and THC as the hemp plant grows, but some industrial hemp strains are specifically bred to produce high levels of CBG to take advantage of its beneficial effects. Like THC and CBD, CBG reacts with cannabinoid receptors in the human body, but each cannabinoid provides different effects.
What is the difference between the CBG flower and the CBD flower?
CBG stands for Cannabigerolic Acid, which is the base that is converted to Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid (THCA), the precursor to Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and Cannabidiolic Acid (CBDA), the precursor to CBD. Most hemp strains contain only small amounts of CBG, but new CBG-rich hemp strains are now available. Because CBG hemp flower is still a less common variety, it often has a higher cost.
CBG is the mother molecule of THC and CBD, which have different molecular structures and different interactions with the endocannabinoid system. Unlike THC, CBD and CBG are not psychoactive, which means they will not make you high. Our CBG hemp flower contains less than 0.2% THC.
Separately, each cannabinoid has its own beneficial properties, many of which overlap. When CBD and CBG are taken together, the benefits of CBD are believed to last longer and are more pronounced. CBG is also supposed to amplify or synergize with the other cannabinoids and terpenes in full spectrum products.
Furthermore, since they contain less than 0.20% THC, they are completely legal throughout Europe, and have no psychoactive effect of any kind.

Matterhorn CBG Aroma
Terpenes can be found in most of the essential oils of many plants, flowers and fruits, they are responsible for providing smell and aroma. In cannabis we can find a wide profile of terpenes.
Being a CBG, the predominant notes in its aroma are grass and chlorophyll, since it is a variety that does not develop an excessive aroma.
User to whom it is directed
Outdoor or outdoor cultivation flowers are for those who are looking for a natural and affordable product.
That is why outdoor cultivation is a method that is much loved by the most romantic of cannabis, since the environmental variability that a plant can suffer should not be an impediment for it to bear excellent fruit at the end of its life cycle.
It is true, the sun’s rays may darken the colour of the bud a little more, but, possibly, not everything is appearance in this life, but other aspects must also be valued, such as, for example, that it is usually more sustainable and economic.
From a buyer’s perspective, the outdoor CBD flower offers a more affordable product as it is often more sustainable and cheaper to produce.

CBD flowers in Spain, according to the current legal framework, are intended solely for decorative, aromatic and/or collecting use.
In other countries such as the United States and Canada, Switzerland, Luxembourg, or the Czech Republic, the sale of CBD marijuana for smoking or vaporising is allowed, so today there are many users who use this form of cannabidiol consumption to take advantage of the benefits attributed to it without obtaining the psychotropic effects of THC provided by traditional marijuana for recreational use.
In countries where smoking CBD is legal, users state that this way of using CBD has as its main benefit the speed when it comes to experiencing sensations, but on the contrary, it is difficult to correctly measure the amounts of cannabidiol that is absorbed and its effect is normally less durable.
It is important to point out that smoking CBD, according to the accepted legal use in certain countries (not Spain), does not cause psychotropic effects, which is the feeling of being high that marijuana with THC causes.
