PAYMENT

Hemp Rider, S.L. accepts and receives payments with the main credit cards including VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

The payment will be charged to your account once you have completed the order on the web.

All amounts shown are in € (Euros) and include VAT.

Hemp Rider S.L. uses an approved payment server that encrypts all the details of your card with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that he can not read your information.

 

DELIVERY

Hemp Rider S.L. Delivery every day from Monday to Friday. As a general rule, packages are sent through Nacex with delivery after signing.

The delivery times are as follows:

For orders within the Iberian Peninsula, orders will be delivered in 24h. All orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 6pm will be delivered the next day. Orders from Friday to Sunday will be delivered after the weekend.
For orders in the Balearic Islands or Canary Islands, orders will be delivered in 48h (Monday to Friday)

Hemp Rider, S.L. will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses.

We recommend that you group all your items in one order.

We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each order individually.

We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Your items will be packaged professionally and well protected for transportation.

 

WARRANTY
There is a 2-year warranty under the Buying Act. Our warranty applies to errors in material and / or fabrication.

The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

Hemp Rider, S.L. will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on demand are not received.

 

REFUND
If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There are 14 days full return policy on goods purchased in our web shop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You must pay the return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must within 14 days after returning the shipment.

The notification must be given per mail at [email protected] In the announcement you must make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The condition of the goods when you return the goods
You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the manner in which they operate. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise’s commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the item, but do not use it in actual use.

 

LEGAL AGE

By placing an order through our website, you are guaranteeing that you are at least 18 years of age. If we are not sure of your age, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
